• Account data — your name, email address, and the sign-in method you use (email/password or a provider such as Google).
• Content you create — the text scripts you submit and the voiceovers you generate, along with the voice and delivery settings you choose.
• Usage and billing — your plan, quota usage, and subscription status. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your full card details.
• Technical data — basic logs and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.

To make the app feel fast and personal, we store some preferences (such as your most recent Create-panel choices) in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device and is not used for advertising or tracking across sites.

Generating a voiceover sends the text you provide to a speech-synthesis provider so it can be converted to audio. We share only what is needed to deliver the feature. We also rely on authentication providers (for example, Google sign-in) when you choose to use them. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

We keep your account information and generated history for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your account, your voiceovers, and your history. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

You can review and update your profile, delete individual voiceovers, and delete your entire account from the dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, or restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

SpeakFile is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
